Membership in La Leche League International is $40 for one year. Membership fees help to support your local Group and the international organization. La Leche League is an international, nonprofit, nonsectarian organization dedicated to providing education, information, support, and encouragement to women who want to breastfeed. All women interested in breastfeeding are welcome to attend the monthly Group Meetings or call a Leader for breastfeeding help. Only accredited La Leche League Leaders are authorized to represent and/or speak for La Leche League International. Every spring, the Massachusetts/Rhode Island/Vermont Area holds an Area Conference. This year's conference will be on April 6, 2013, followed by a Leader Education Workshop day on April 7, 2013.
