LLLI Strategic Plan
Like many organizations, LLLI has outlined its major goals in a
document called a Strategic Plan. The LLLI Strategic Plan
focuses us on five clear objectives that can be tackled in small
or large ways by everyone in the organization, including you!
Join the Division Director and the Area Coordinator of Leaders
for an interactive, hands-on session exploring how you can
contribute to achieving these five critical goals. You will
leave this session with concrete, achievable ideas that will
enhance your work as a Leader and help LLLI fulfill its
Strategic Plan.
The goals of our Strategic Plan: 1) Help more mothers 2) Build
volunteer network and reach currently underserved populations 3)
Build LLL awareness among mothers, mothers-to-be, and general
public 4) Transform LLLI into a global organization 5) Build LLL
credibility to be the first referral from health care providers
and health agencies.

found helpful. Discover how to evaluate for evidence-based data
and a sympathetic perspective.
