Saturday Night Pajama Party for all ages with storyteller Tony Toledo
Pajama Party Come join LLL families for an exciting night of Storytelling with Tony Toledo. The fun begins at 7 PM Saturday night, April 10, 2010. Adults and children are encouraged to wear their PJ's for the evening's entertainment. Special stories for children will be from 7 to 7:45 PM. Adult stories (suitable for children as well) will start at 8 PM. Tickets are $10 per family with Conference Registration or $15 per family at the door. The Saturday night entertainment is sponsored by the Santos Fund.
La Leche League International Mission To help mothers worldwide to breastfeed through
mother-to-mother support, encouragement, information and education,
and to promote a better understanding of breastfeeding as an important
element in the healthy development of the baby and mother. La Leche League is an international, nonprofit,
nonsectarian organization dedicated to providing support, encouragement,
information, and education to women who choose to breastfeed. Marian is an active member of the Founders’ Advisory Council and is a member of the International Advisory Council for the World Alliance for Breastfeeding Action (WABA). She also serves on the boards of a number of other organizations. In 2001 she founded AnotherLook, a not for profit organization dedicated to learning the truth about HIV/AIDS and breastfeeding. She continues to be an inspiring and motivating speaker, traveling the world while enjoying and making time for the special family events which nourish and feed her spirit. Amy was accredited as a La Leche League Leader in 1982 and has led Series Meetings in the greater Boston and greater Pittsburgh areas. She was a representative of the Leader Accreditation Department for 20 years, served as the Area Alumnae Representative, and currently serves as the Director of La Leche League Eastern United States. Amy and her husband Chuck are the proud parents of three adult sons. |
